改革开放以来,加工贸易得到较快发展,这极大促进了苏南的经济发展。加工贸易作为苏南经济增长的动力之一,它的蓬勃发展不仅为苏南经济的迅速增长提供了宝贵的资金和技术支持,增加了就业机会,提升了区域技术创新能力,更促进了江苏产业结构的优化升级。与此同时,苏南加工贸易在发展的过程中,存在着产业层次不高、产品档次较低、资源要素制约、成本优势削弱、产业转移破坏区域环境等多种问题。这些问题的存在会阻碍苏南加工贸易进一步转型升级。

Since the reform and opening to the outside world,processing trade has been one of the internal forces of economic growth in the developed areas of South of Jiangsu.In recent years,the processing trade of South of Jiangsu has been developing vigorously,which has provided valuable funds and technical support for South of Jiangsu's rapid economic growth,increased employment opportunities,enhanced regional technological innovation capability,and developed the optimization and upgrading of Jiangsu's industrial structure at the same time.At the same time,the processing trade in South of Jiangsu in the process of development,there is industry level is not high,the lower grade of products;resource constraints,cost advantage weakened;industrial transfer failure zone environment and other problems,these problems will hinder the further transformation and upgrading of trade processing in South of Jiangsu.
