优化税务执法方式的探析——以泰兴市税务局为例

Research on optimizing the mode of tax law enforcement--Taking Tax Bureau in Taixing as an example

2021年3月24日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步深化税收征管改革的意见》(以下称《意见》),对深入推进精确执法、精细服务、精准监管、精诚共治,深化税收征管改革做出全面部署,为新阶段高质量优化税务执法方式指明了方向。文章以泰兴市税务局为例,探析在税务执法新体系下,如何进一步优化执法方式。

In March 24,2021,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council announced Opinions About Futher Deepening the Reform of Tax Collection and Administration,which the following called opinion,adopted comprehensive plans to precisely carry out the law,elaborately service,accurately supervise,honestly co-govern,futher deepening the reform of tax collection and administration,which offered a guidance to optimize the mode of tax law enforcement with high-quality in a new stage.This paper takes Tax Bureau in Taixing as an example,and explores how to optimize the mode of law enforcement in a new tax law enforcement system.
