Group enterprises have large scale,many subsidiaries and a wide range of business contents,so the financial management is more complex.Financial sharing is a financial management model developed based on information technology,which can help to improve the integrity,transparency and timeliness of financial information,promote the in-depth integration of industry and finance and financial transformation and upgrading of group enterprises,and continuously enhance the sustainable competitive advantage of group enterprises.This paper first expounds the financial sharing mode,and then focuses on the effective financial management strategies of group enterprises based on the financial sharing mode for reference.
