摘要
尽管国有企业职业经理人制度已经历一段时间的试点,但实际推广仍较为有限。文章对职业经理人制度中推广过程中面临的问题进行分析,就中小型国有集团企业推行职业经理人的意义和作用和如何落实职业经理人制度进行阐述。
Despite its trials and tests for a period of time,the promotion and implementation of professional manager system in small&medium-sized state-owned corporations is still limited.This paper analyses the problems encountered during the implementation of professional manager system,while focusing on the meanings and impacts of its promotion in small&medium-sized state-owned corporations as well as how the implementation can be effectively executed.
