摘要
新零售背景下连锁零售企业的门店经营遭遇多种困境,缺乏足够的店长储备是连锁零售企业扩大经营的一大难题。文章分析连锁门店店长短缺的趋势、店长能力的构成;用Price-Mueller(2000)模型详细分析了店长离职倾向的影响因素来探讨如何留住现有店长;通过企业内部培养储备店长、校企联合培养店长和加强外部招聘店长等方式来解决店长短缺的难题。
Under the new retail background,the chain retail companies have encountered many difficulties.The lack of sufficient store manager reserve is a major problem for chain retail company to expand their operation.This paper analyzed the trend of store manager shortage in chain stores and the composition of store manager's abilities;using Price Mueller(2000)model,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of store managers turnover intention in detail to explore how to retain existing store managers;through the internal training of store managers,the joint training of store managers by schools and company to strengthen of external recruitment of store managers,the problem of store manager shortage can be solved.
