校外在线教育平台监管的路径研究

Research on the supervision path of Off-campus Online Education Platforms

摘要 随着“互联网+”教育模式的出现与发展,校外在线教育平台蓬勃兴起,该模式改变了传统的教育资源供给模式,在促进教育资源共享、推动教育公平方面发挥着重要作用,但校外在线教育平台也存在着虚假广告宣传、侵害个人信息等一系列问题。在科教兴国战略的背景下,对校外在线教育平台进行法律监管有着坚实的法理基础,应在遵循包容审慎原则的基础上,针对校外在线教育平台存在的一系列问题进行监管理念和制度的革新。 With the emergence and development of MIntemet+M Education model,off-campus online education pi atforms have flourished.This model has changed the traditional educational resource supply model and played an important role in promoting the sharing of educational resources and promoting educational equity.At the same time,off-campus online education platforms also have a series of problems such as false advertising and infringement of personal information.The legal supervision of off-campus online education platforms has a solid legal foundation.Under the background of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,based on the principle of tolerance and prudence should be followed,and the supervision concepts and systems should be reformed in response to a series of problems existing in off-campus online education platforms.
