摘要
我国自俄罗斯引入了TVS-2M燃料棒制造技术,燃料棒在高温下烘干和真空氦检漏。俄罗斯在制造燃料棒过程中,燃料棒需进行阳极氧化,该方法存在成本高、转运风险大等劣势,故探究可否去掉阳极氧化工艺。分析了取消阳极氧化的影响以及高温下氦检漏的可行性,确定了设计兼具烘干和检漏一体设备的方案,制定了工艺流程,并进行了系统检出可信度验证及模拟实验验证。结果表明:设计出的兼具加热和检漏功能的新的高温氦检漏设备可满足TVS-2M燃料棒密封性检测;经验证,在无阳极氧化的前提下,TVS-2M燃料棒氦检漏输出值可保持真实可靠,反映出其是否存在漏点。
The TVS-2M high burnup nuclear fuel rods should be dried at high temperature and then vacuum helium leak detection should be conducted. The original technology requires anodic oxidation process, which has disadvantages of high cost and high transportation risk. Therefore, the feasibility of removing the anodic oxidation process is explored. The effect of canceling anode oxidation and the feasibility of helium leak detection at high temperature were analyzed. The design scheme of drying and leak detection equipment was determined, and the process flow was formulated. The system detection feasibility and simulation experiment were verified. The results show that the new high temperature helium leak detection equipment with heating and leak detection functions can meet the tightness test of the TVS-2M fuel rod without affecting the quality of fuel rod. It is verified that the helium leakage detection output value of TVS-2M fuel rod can be kept true and reliable without anodic oxidation, reflecting whether there is leakage point.
