真空法从钛矿中制备钛的热力学可行性研究

摘要 本文从热力学角度讨论了氧化钛真空碳热还原过程中各种反应的起始温度。根据热力学计算结果,初步判断钛矿、钛铁矿在真空下的碳热还原反应顺序分别为TiO_(2)→Ti_(3)O_(5)→Ti_(3)O_(5)→TiO→Ti、FeTiO_(3)→TiO_(2)→Ti_(3)O_(5)→Ti_(3)O_(5)→TiO→Ti。当TiO_(2)与C发生碳热还原反应时,TiO_(2)和C的含量配比不同,生成的物质也不同。当TiO_(2):C摩尔比为2:1时,生成Ti_(3)O_(5);当TiO_(2):C摩尔比为3:1时,生成Ti_(3)O_(5);当TiO_(2):C摩尔比为1:1时,生成TiO_(2)当TiO_(2):C摩尔比为1:2时,生成Ti;当TiO_(2):C摩尔比为1:3时,生成TiC。 In this paper,the starting temperature of various reactions in vacuum carbothermal reduction of titanium oxide is discussed from the point of thermodynamics.The results of thermodynamic calculation show that the order of carbothermal reduction of titanium ore and ilmenite in vacuum is TiO_(2)→Ti_(3)O_(5)→Ti_(3)O_(5)→TiO→Fi and FeTiO_(2)→TiO_(2)→Ti_(3)O_(5)→Ti_(3)O_(5)→TiO→Ti.The different content ratio of TiO_(2)and C results in different substances when TiO_(2)and C occurs the carbothermal reduction reaction.It produces Ti_(3)O_(5)when the molar ratio of TiO_(2)to C is 2:1.It produces Ti3 O5 when the molar ratio of TiO_(2)to C is 3:1.It produces TiO when the molar ratio of TiO_(2)to C is 1:1.It produces Ti when the molar ratio of TiO_(2)to C is 1:2.It produces TiC when the molar ratio of TiO_(2)to C is 1:3.
