摘要
本文提出一种基于线结构光的偏移量检测方法,该方法设计带有深度信息的立体条码标识装置,采用3D打印技术完成产品的制作。根据Canny算法提取标识装置的位置信息,提出编码信息解译及中心点提取的算法,得到了目标点间的偏移量数据。多次移动测量实验表明,线结构光测量的稳定性较高,能较好地反应轨道面的不平顺状况。
In this paper, an offset detection method based on line structured light is proposed. A three-dimensional barcode identification device with depth information is designed and produced with 3 D printing technology. According to the Canny algorithm, the position information of the marking device is extracted, and an algorithm of coding information interpretation and center point extraction is proposed, meanwhile the offset data between the target points is obtained. The results of experiments show that the linear structured light measurement is stable and can reflect the irregularity of the orbital surface pretty well.
