济宁市某高校本科生艾滋病知信行及性观念现状分析

Analysis of current status of AIDS knowledge,attitude,practice and sexual concept among undergraduates in a university in Jining

目的了解济宁市大学生艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况、性观念现状及因素,为面向广大青年学生做好艾滋病防控和性知识宣教提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取济宁市某高校500名在校本科生进行匿名问卷调查,获得有效问卷493份,有效率为98.6%。结果该校大学生艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率为75.1%;对艾滋病的相关态度得分女生高于男生[(8.87±1.39)vs(8.13±1.28),t=6.070,P<0.01],高年级学生高于低年级学生[(8.84±1.32)vs(8.32±1.25),t=4.439,P<0.01],农村、城镇、城市学生分别为(8.40±1.20)分、(8.63±1.35)分、(8.78±1.31)分(F=3.421,P<0.05);性开放程度得分则男性高于女性[(6.44±1.23)vs(4.92±1.25),t=13.490,P<0.01],高年级学生高于低年级学生[(6.31±1.29)vs(5.71±1.31),t=5.033,P<0.01],农村、城镇、城市学生分别为(5.32±1.03)分、(5.47±1.19)分、(5.96±1.12)分(F=16.403,P<0.01);大学生获取性知识主要通过网络(60.7%)和同伴交流(46.3%)等方式,希望途径为专业的性知识讲座(49.7%)和开设专门课程(43.8%)等。结论该校大学生的艾滋病相关知识知晓率有待于提高,性观念较为活跃,高校和家庭应注重艾滋病相关知识和安全性行为知识的传授和宣教。

Objective To understand the grasp of AIDSrelated knowledge,the status of sexual concept,and the influencing factors of undergraduates in Jining City,so as to provide the evidence for further AIDS prevention and control and sexual knowledge education in college students.Methods A stratified cluster sampling was used to select 500 undergraduates from a university in Jining City to conduct an anonymous questionnaire survey,and 493 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective rate of 98.6%.Results The overall awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among the college students was 75.1%;the average score of AIDS related attitude of female students was higher than that of male students[(8.87±1.39)vs.(8.13±1.28),t=6.070,P<0.01],that of senior students was higher than that of junior students[(8.84±1.32)vs.(8.32±1.25),t=4.439,P<0.01],and the average scores of rural students,town students and urban students were(8.40±1.20),(8.63±1.35)and(8.78±1.31)respectively(F=3.421,P<0.05).The average score of sexual openness of male students was higher than that of female students[(6.44±1.23)vs.(4.92±1.25),t=13.490,P<0.01],and that of senior students was higher than that of junior students[(6.31±1.29)vs.(5.71±1.31),t=5.033,P<0.01],and the average scores of rural students,town students and urban students were(5.32±1.03),(5.47±1.19)and(5.96±1.12)respectively(F=16.403,P<0.01).The college students acquired sexual knowledge mainly through the Internet(60.7%)and peer communication(46.3%),and their hope ways were professional sexual knowledge lectures(49.7%)and special courses(43.8%).Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge of college students needs to be improved,and the sexual concept is more active.The colleges and families should pay attention to the teaching and education of AIDS related knowledge and safe sexual behavior knowledge.
