摘要
为了改善现有造纸机械设备故障监测系统的问题,设计新一代造纸机械设备故障振动信号实时监测系统。设计系统硬件单元包括振动信号采集卡选取单元、振动信号调理电路设计单元及其振动信号处理器选取单元;软件模块包括振动信号采集模块、振动信号分解模块及其故障振动信号监测模块。通过上述硬件单元与软件模块的设计,实现了造纸机械设备故障振动信号实时监测。实验数据表明:应用设计系统后,故障振动信号识别率与时间效率均得到了明显的提高,充分证实了设计系统故障信号监测效果较好。
In order to improve the existing paper machinery equipment fault monitoring system, a new generation of paper machinery equipment fault vibration signal real-time monitoring system is designed. The hardware unit of the design system includes the selection unit of vibration signal acquisition card, the design unit of vibration signal conditioning circuit, and the selection unit of vibration signal processor. The software module includes vibration signal acquisition module, vibration signal decomposition module, and fault vibration signal monitoring module. Through the design of the above hardware unit and software module, the real-time monitoring of fault vibration signal of papermaking machinery equipment is realized. The experimental data show that the recognition rate and time efficiency of fault vibration signal have been significantly improved after the application of the designed system, which fully proves that the fault signal monitoring effect of the designed system is good.
