摘要
高校创业教育作为一项重要的课题,应该制定合理的教学计划并检验教学成果,文章探索将CIPP模式引入到高校创业教育中,构建基于CIPP模式的高校创业教育生态系统。首先,以背景评估因子、输入评估因子、过程评估因子、成果评估因子的构建为基础,构建CIPP模型和评价体系;其次,通过运用AHP法评价构建模型、调查与实证研究、专家评审小组讨论结果三大步骤,对CIPP模型进行评价;最后,根据上述对CIPP模型评价的结果提出构建高校创业教育生态系统建设的措施与政策建议,以期构建最优化的高校创业教育生态系统,实现教育评价和人才的培养。
Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important topic.It is necessary to formulate reasonable teaching plans and test the teaching results.This article explores the introduction of CIPP model into college entrepreneurship education and builds a college entrepreneurship education ecosystem based on the CIPP model.Firstly,the CIPP model and evaluation system is constructed based on the construction of background evaluation factors,inputting evaluation factors,process evaluation factors,and outcome evaluation factors.Secondly,the CIPP model should be evaluated by using the AHP method,survey and empirical research,and result discussion by expert review group.Finally,measures and policy recommendations should be given to build a college entrepreneurial education ecosystem based on the results of the above evaluation of the CIPP model,with a view to construction optimized college entrepreneurial education ecosystem to achieve education evaluation and talent cultivation.
