摘要
目的设计临床出科考核系统用于眼视光临床教学能力评价,进一步完善眼视光临床教学评价体系。方法采用前瞻性研究,将南京医科大学本科生50人,按照入学年份分为两组,每组各25人。其中,对照组为2015级学生,实习出科时进行常规出科考核即理论知识、操作技能、临床病例处理能力的考核;实验组2016级学生,实习出科采用临床考核系统。通过对临床教学过程、出科考核评价及教学效果问卷调查评估两组的教学效果。结果 (1)实验组理论成绩(82.8±1.6)分与对照组理论成绩(82.3±1.6)分;实验组操作成绩(85.0±0.8)分与对照组操作成绩(84.2±1.1)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组临床病例处理成绩(86.9±1.3)分高于对照组成绩(77.2±2.0)分,差异具有显著意义(P<0.01)。(2)教学效果评价问卷结果:实验组学生都认可的临床出科考核系统,对学习主动性、临床学习薄弱环节、实践操作能力、临床思维、医患沟通能力等方面较对照组教学均有明显优势。结论通过临床出科考核系统的应用,对学生出科考核工作进行改进,不仅促进了学生正确的学习态度,提高他们掌握专业知识,增强了他们的竞争意识,而且强化了教师的教学意识和责任,规范了临床操作技能。
Objective To evaluate the clinical teaching ability of optometry teachers through the clinical assessment system,and to further improve the clinical teaching evaluation system of optometry.Methods A prospective research was made.A total of 50 undergraduates of 2015 and 2016 of Nanjing Medical University were randomly and evenly divided into the experimental group and control group before the commencement of their clinical practice.The experimental group included 25 people in 2016,for which the clinical assessment system was adopted after the departmental rotation.The control group consisted of 25 people in 2015,for which the routine system(i.e.,theoretical knowledge,operational skills and management ability of clinical cases) was applied after the departmental rotation.The teaching effects of the two systems were evaluated via the clinical teaching process,departmental rotation examination and teaching effect questionnaire survey.Results(1) The difference between the theoretical tests(82.8±1.56) and(82.3±1.6) of the experimental group and control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the operating tests(85.0±0.8) and(84.2±1.2) of the experimental group and the control group was also not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,the management ability score(86.9±1.2) of clinical cases of the experimental group was higher than that(77.2±2.0) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2) The results of the teaching effect questionnaire survey showed that most of the students accepted that the clinical assessment system had obvious advantages over the routine system in terms of promoting learning initiative,overcoming clinical learning weaknesses and improving practical operation ability,clinical thinking and doctor-patient communication skills.Conclusions The clinical assessment system will improve subject assessment work,help students to take positive learning attitude,improve their mastery of professional and practical knowledge,enhance their sense of competition,establish a good interactive learning atmosphere and promote their self-improvement.Moreover,it will also improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical learning in optometry,strengthen teachers’ teaching awareness and responsibilities,standardize clinical operation skills and improve clinical knowledge and thinking ability in optometry teaching.
