金蕾复方研究进展

Research progress of Jinlei compound

金蕾复方由湿生扁蕾和金钱草两味药配伍组成,具有清热、祛湿、利胆的功效,临床主要用于治疗肝胆湿热所致的胁痛、口苦、急性胆囊炎、胆管炎等。目前,临床用药仅为汤剂,为使该复方应用更加便捷,将其制为颗粒剂、胶囊剂、滴丸剂。近年来,对该复方的药效作用及毒性作用进行了诸多研究,为临床用药提供一定的参考依据。该文对金蕾复方化学成分、药效作用、分析方法进行综述,为后续的深入研究提供参考。

Jinlei compound by Gentianopsis paludosa and Herba Lysimachiae of two herbs compatibility,has clear heat clearing damp cholagogic effect,mainly used for clinical treatment of liver caused by the threat of pain bitter mouth,acute cholecystitis and cholangitis,etc.Jinlei compound is only a decoction in clinical use at present,to make the compound application is more convenient,it was studied as granules,capsules and dropping pills.In recent years,the study on the efficacy and toxicity of Jinlei compound has provided some experimental basis for clinical drug use.In this paper,the analysis methods of the efficacy of Jinlei compound chemical components were summarized to provide reference for further research.
