治未病理论指导哺乳仔猪保健的思路与方法

Thoughts and methods of guiding health care of suckling piglets with the theory of preventive treatment of disease

本文结合当前养猪生产的实际,对中兽医治未病理论进行综合解析。用中兽医病因理论阐明了哺乳仔猪需要保健的原因与保健重点,凸显出制约哺乳仔猪健康成长因素的复杂与广泛性;阐释了其核心思想"未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复"的精髓,突出了哺乳仔猪保健思路的层次性;剖析了从养护、治疗、预防三个层次进行保健的大体思路与方法,显示出哺乳仔猪保健方法的广泛性,其中强调人为因素对疾病发生有重要影响、主张有预见性地使用药物预防等观点有借鉴意义。同时,概述仔猪日常养护中应该注意的细节,提出困扰当前哺乳仔猪外感性疾病的中兽医药预防措施,对与哺乳仔猪健康密切相关的其他主要因素进行论述。列举中兽医药与现代兽医学保健方法应用于哺乳仔猪渗出性皮炎病、仔猪黄痢的异同。中兽医治未病的理论、方法成熟,实用性强,与当前"主流"的保健方法相比拥有较大优势,值得在实践中推广。

Combined with the current practice of suckling pig breeding,this paper comprehensively analyzed the theory of preventive treatment of disease.Using the theory of Chinese veterinary etiology,this paper expounded the reasons and key points of health care for lactating piglets,highlighting the complexity and universality of the factors restricting the healthy growth of lactating piglets.By explaining the core idea of prevention before disease,prevention of change after disease,prevention after stroke,it showed the hierarchy of health care ideas for lactating piglets.This paper analyzed the general ideas and methods of health care from the three levels of maintenance,prevention and treatment,which showed the universality of health care methods for lactating piglets.It was of great significance to emphasize that human factors had an important impact on the occurrence of diseases and advocate the predictive use of drugs for prevention.In addition,this paper summarized the details that should be paid attention to in the daily maintenance of piglets,put forward the preventive measures of Chinese veterinary medicine that perplex the external perceptual diseases of lactating piglets,and discussed other main factors closely related to the health of lactating piglets.This paper list the similarities and differences between Chinese veterinary medicine and modern veterinary medicine in the health care of lactating piglets with exudative dermatitis and piglet yellow scour,and pointed out the misunderstandings that Chinese veterinary medicine should avoid in health care.Compared with the current “mainstream”health care methods,the theory and method of preventive treatment of disease of Chinese veterinarians are mature and practical,which is worth popularizing in practice.
