提高配料精度的排料装置和控制工艺优化改进

摘要 针对玻璃生产用原料电子秤称量精度的排料装置,通过在振动给料机排料出口处安装一块高度适宜且可调的限料板,减薄物料在振动给料机排料槽中的厚度以及缩小电子秤分度值等方法来提高电子秤的称量精度,解决精度排料的问题,提高了玻璃的质量。 Aiming at the discharging device of weighing accuracy of raw material electronic scale for glass production,the weighing accuracy of electronic scale is improved by installing a material limiting plate with appropriate height and adjustable at the discharge outlet of vibrating feeder,thinning the thickness of materials in the groove of vibrating feeder and reducing the division value of electronic scale,so as to solve the problem of precision discharging and improve the quality of glass.
