Analysis on the difference of drinking water quality of different rural areas in Northwest China

摘要 为了研究西北农村缺水地区不同饮用水水源之间的差异,以缺水较为严重的会宁县为调查对象,选取7个水源地进行了为期一年的水质监测,并分析了红土窖水及水泥窖水的微生物群落结构。研究发现,红土窖水水质最好,水泥窖水次之,井水最差,且井水水质超标较严重,难以符合正常饮用水标准。通过高通量测序分析发现,在属水平上,红土窖水中出现了大量特有的难降解污染物降解菌,如Flavobacterium、Novosphingobium、Methylotenera、Sphingomonas,这一结果解释了红土窖水水质好的原因。 In order to study the differences between different drinking water sources in rural water shortage areas in Northwest China, seven water sources in Huining county, which has a severe water shortage, were selected for one-year water quality monitoring, and microbial community structure of laterite and cement caged water was analyzed. The results show that the water quality of laterite cellared water is the best, cement cellared water is the next, and well water is the worst. The well water quality exceeds the standard seriously, and it is difficult to meet the standard of normal drinking water. Through high-throughput sequencing analysis, it was found that at the genus level, there were a large number of refractory contaminant-degrading bacteria, such as Flavobacterium, Novosphingobium, Methylotenera and Sphingomonas, which explained the good quality of the laterite cellaring water.
