摘要
选取某典型办公建筑作为研究样本,对该楼全年用水量、压力、耗电量进行实时监测,通过数据统计和比较,对公共建筑用水结构、用水量变化、用水压力变化进行特性分析,对该楼的日变化系数和时变化系数等参数进行归纳分析,并与现行设计规范相关取值进行比较,提出选取参考意见。在此基础上,结合供水用能变化,提出典型办公建筑节水节能措施。
In this study,a typical office building is selected as the research sample,and the annual water consumption and pressure,power consumption of the building are monitored in real time.Through data statistics and comparison,the characteristics of water structure,water consumption change and water pressure change of public buildings are analyzed,and the daily variation coefficient and hourly variation coefficient of the building are summarized and analyzed,Compared with the relevant values of the current design specifications,the selection suggestions are put forward.On this basis,combined with the change of water supply and energy consumption,the water-saving and energy-saving measures of typical office buildings are proposed.
