摘要
教师的专业化成长一直以来都是教育界关注的热点,通过进行专家型与新手型教师的比较研究能够给新手教师带来相应的经验,有效促进教师的专业化成长。从教学行为、教学流程、课型三个方面介绍了近年来国内专家型教师与新手型教师的比较研究情况,同时结合化学教学提出相应的思考与建议。
The professional growth of teachers has always been the focus of the education circle.Through the comparative study of experts and novice teachers,corresponding experience was brought to novice teachers and effectively promote the professional growth of teachers.The comparative research of expert teachers and novice teachers was introduced in China in recent years from three aspects of teaching behavior,teaching process and class type,and puts forward corresponding thoughts and suggestions in combination with chemistry teaching.
