摘要
使用高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法,测定食品包装材料里的有害物六溴环十二烷的含量。结果表明,在考察浓度为10μg/L~100μg/L区域范围内,六溴环十二烷质量浓度呈现出良好的线性关系,相关系数0. 9996,检出限为16. 7μg/kg。平均加标回收率为99. 8%~109. 8%,相对标准偏差为1. 7%~5. 8%(n=6)。该方法准确、快速、且灵敏度高,能够用于批量样品的检测。
A method for the determination of hexabromocyclododecane in food contact materials by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established.The food contact materials were cut up and ultrasonic extracted with methanol.The solution was determined by HPLC-MS/MS and quantified by external standard method.The concentration of hexabromocyclododecane ranged from 10μg/L~100μg/L.The correlation coefficient was 0.9996 and the detection limit was 16.7μg/kg.The average recoveries were 99.7%-109.9%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.7%-5.8%(n=6).The method was rapid,accurate and sensitive,which could be used for the detection of real samples.
