摘要
提出了盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸酸溶消解样品,ICP-AES法测定铝硅系耐火材料中CaO、MgO、K_(2)O、Na_(2)O、P_(2)O_(5)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Li_(2)O、Sr_(2)O元素含量的新方法。对各种试剂的用量、仪器测量条件、谱线选择等进行了实验和讨论。对铝硅系耐火材料样品的测定表明,方法具有灵敏度高、试剂用量少,线性范围宽等优点。方法检出限低,精密度高,结果准确可靠。
A new method for the determination of Cao,MgO,K_(2)O、Na_(2)O、P_(2)O_(5)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Li_(2)O and Sr_(2)Oin Al Si refractories by ICP-AES was proposed.The amount of various reagents,the conditions of instrument measurement and the selection of spectral lines are experimented and discussed.The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,less reagent and wide linear range.The method has the advantages of low detection limit,high precision and accurate results.
