摘要
探讨了在惰性气体熔融热导法测定铁合金中氮含量时,采用基准硝酸钾制备的校准样品校正仪器。用锡囊盛放微量的基准硝酸钾溶液,制成一系列的氮校准样品,用建立的分析方法进行测定,绘制出氮的工作曲线,建立回归方程。精密度考察表明,氮元素测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)均≯5.0%。采用实验方法对钒铁标样以及钛铁、电解锰样品进行测试,加标回收率在98.2%~102.5%,能够满足日常分析要求,测定结果稳定可靠。
This paper discusses the calibration sample calibration instrument prepared by reference potassium nitrate for the determination of nitrogen content in ferroalloy by inert gas melting thermal conductivity method.A series of nitrogen calibration samples were made by holding a small amount of reference potassium nitrate solution in a tin bag.The established analytical method was used for determination,the working curve of nitrogen was drawn,and the linear regression equation was obtained.The precision investigation showed that the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the determination results of nitrogen was less than 5.0%.The standard samples of ferrovanadium,ferrotitanium and electrolytic manganese were tested by experimental method.The recovery of standard addition was between 98.2%~102.5%,which could meet the requirements of daily analysis,and the determination results were stable and reliable.
