摘要
通过过氧化钠碱熔高碳铬铁试样,用热水脱取,硝酸酸化,形成稳定溶液后引入电感耦合等离子体发射光谱,测定试样中硅的含量。实验表明,本法较于国标推荐使用的重量法及实验室常使用的微波消解法,分析速度快,重复性与再现性均满足国标要求。
To test the content of silicon in high carbon ferrochromium sample,the sample was prepared by the process of alkali fusing with sodium peroxide,hot water stripping,nitric acid acidification,and then introducing inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy after it formed into a stable solution.Experiments show that this method is faster than that of the gravimetric method recommended in the national standard and the microwave digestion method which often used in the laboratory.Moreover,the repeatability and reproducibility of this method is able to meet the requirements of the national standard.
