摘要
甲酰胺生产中需要对粗馏塔塔顶气相组分中的H_(2)O含量进行分析,针对组分中的H_(2)O易凝结、人工取样分析误差大、样品挥发会产生环境污染等问题,开发研制出一套在线分析系统应用于甲酰胺装置粗馏塔塔顶气相组分的检测。介绍了在线分析系统的工艺流程和性能特点,该在线分析系统使用后,可及时根据在线分析数据调节粗馏塔控制参数,缩短投料时间,增加产品产量,两套甲酰胺生产装置年创效益35余万元。
In the production of formamide,it is necessary to analyze the H_(2)O content in the gas phase components at the top of the crude distillation tower.Aiming at the problems of easy condensation of H_(2)O in the components,large errors in manual sampling and analysis,and environmental pollution caused by sample volatilization,Shandong Asd Co.,Ltd.has developed an online analysis system for the detection of gas phase components at the top of the crude distillation tower of the formamide unit.This article introduces the process flow and performance characteristics of the online analysis system.After the online analysis system is used,the control parameters of the roughing tower can be adjusted according to the online analysis data in time,the feeding time was shorten,the product output was increased,and more than 350000 Yuan annual benefits was created for 2 sets of formamide production equipment.
