摘要 介绍了影响连铸坯直接轧制的各种因素。以现有条件为基础,通过采取提高连铸机拉速、对输送辊道增设保温罩、增设电磁感应炉等措施,实现了连铸坯的直接轧制,生产线采用对头部智能补温的加热技术,智能化、自动化的应用以及高效率的生产方法,保证了产线的稳定运行,能耗降低34.92 kgce/t,直轧率达到83.76%。 This paper introduces various factors that affect the direct rolling of continuous casting square billet.Based on the existing conditions,the direct rolling of continuous casting square billet is realized by increasing the casting speed of continuous casting machine,adding heat preservation cover for conveying roller table and adding electromagnetic induction furnace,that has a major advantage in the energy saving and consumption reduction.The production line adopts the heating technology of intelligent temperature compensation,intelligent and automatic application and high-efficiency production method,which ensures the stable operation of the production line.The properties and microstructure of the finished products by direct rolling all meet the application standards.
