临床药学专业学位研究生培养模式的现状分析与思考

Analysis and consideration of the current Situation of the cultivation model for professional postgraduates majored in clinical pharmacy

目的旨在探讨和完善我国现有临床药学专业学位研究生培养模式,为快速推进我国高等临床药学教育发展提供借鉴和参考。方法回顾我国临床药学发展历程,结合我国临床药学专业学位研究生的培养现状和不足,重点对如何明确临床药学专业学位研究生的培养定位,突出临床药学学科特色,提高专业学位研究生培养质量等问题探讨可行的解决方法。结果为使临床药学专业学位研究生教育工作顺利开展,提出紧扣医疗体制改革政策,推进教学与职业资格衔接,优化临床药学教育学制和课程,强化临床药学实践能力训练,侧重复合型临床药学人才的培养等措施,助力新时代药学服务高质量发展。结论我国临床药学专业学位研究生培养模式急需改革,继而为国家输送更多优质的"懂医精药"的临床药学应用型人才。

Objective To explore and improve the current Chinese cultivation model for professional masters of clinical pharmacy,and to provide a reference for promoting the development of higher clinical pharmacy education in China.Methods Through reviewing the progress of clinical pharmacy in China,the current situation and deficiencies of the Chinese cultivation model of clinical pharmacy professionals were discussed.How to clarify the training orientation of clinical pharmacy postgraduate,highlight the subject characteristics,improve the quality of professional-degree graduate education and other issues were put forward,and the possible solutions were given.Results In order to carry out postgraduate education in clinical pharmacy smoothly,colleges should focus more effort on sticking to the medical reform policy,making the convergence between teaching contents and the vocational qualification requirements,optimizing education system and courses,strengthening the practice ability of postgraduates,as well as laying stress on training a versatile person.Conclusion The urgent reform and creation should be implemented on the cultivation mode of professional clinical pharmacy postgraduate,so as to cultivate high-level professional personnel of clinical pharmacy with the characteristic of"proficient in medicine and pharmacy".
