摘要
本文研究了一种气动力/推力矢量复合控制系统伺服机构的工作原理。首先,运用UG三维建模软件绘制出该伺服机构的三维简化模型;然后,绘制出该伺服机构的运动原理简图,并对运动原理简图进行进一步简化;随后,推导出该伺服机构的传动比公式;最后,运用Adams运动仿真分析软件对其运动特性进行仿真分析,验证该型气动力/推力矢量复合控制系统伺服机构工程应用的可行性。
This paper studies the working principle of the servo mechanism of an aerodynamic force/thrust vector composite control system. First, the three-dimensional simplified model of the servo mechanism is drawn by the 3 D modeling software of UG;then, the motion diagram of the servo institution is drawn, and the motion diagram is simplified;then, the transmission ratio formula of the servo machinery is derived;finally, the ADAMS motion simulation analysis software is used to simulate and analyze its motion characteristics to verify the feasibility of the engineering application of the servo mechanism of this type of aerodynamic force/thrust vector control system.
