摘要
目的研究鸡嘴簕(Caesalpinia sinensis)种仁中的化学成分。方法综合运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备型高效液相色谱等方法对鸡嘴簕种仁乙醇提取物的三氯甲烷萃取部分进行系统分离,根据化合物理化性质、波谱学数据(1D,2D-NMR,HR-ESI-MS)结合计算ECD法确定化合物的结构。结果从鸡嘴簕种仁体积分数75%乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为sucupiranin ME(1),norvoucapane FB(2),6β-hydroxyvouacapane(3),6β-acetoxyvouacapane(4),voucapane(5),5α-vouacapa-8(14),9(11)-diene(6),sucutinirane C(7),deacetylsucutinirane C(8)。结论化合物1、2为两个新化合物,3~8为首次从鸡嘴簕中分离得到。
Eight cassane diterpenoids were obtained from the seed kernels of Caesalpinia sinensis,including two new compounds.Their structures were identified as sucupiranin ME(1),norvoucapane FB(2),6β-hydroxyvouacapane(3),6β-acetoxyvouacapane(4),voucapane(5),5α-vouacapa-8(14),9(11)-diene(6),sucutinirane C(7) and deacetylsucutinirane C(8) based on the extensive spectroscopic analyses.In addition, the absolute configurations of new compounds were also established by ECD calculation.Compounds 3-8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
