江西省神经外科护士职业倦怠现状及与职业疲劳、情绪智力的相关性

Status of occupational burnout of neurosurgery nurses in Jiangxi Province and its correlation with occupational fatigue and emotional intelligence

目的调查江西省5所医院神经外科护士职业倦怠、职业疲劳和情绪智力水平,分析其相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,2020年10—12月选取江西省189名神经外科护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、职业倦怠量表、职业疲劳量表和情绪智力量表进行调查。结果江西省5所医院189名神经外科护士职业倦怠得分为48.76±11.41,情绪智力得分为81.29±13.11,职业疲劳得分为16.31±3.81。神经外科护士职业倦怠与职业疲劳呈正相关(r=0.966,P<0.01),职业倦怠与情绪智力呈负相关(r=-0.883,P<0.01)。多因素分析结果显示,职业疲劳、情绪智力、职称职务、医院类别、学术论文发表及睡眠质量是神经外科护士职业倦怠的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论江西省5所医院神经外科护士职业倦怠处于中等水平,有待改善。管理者可采取适当干预策略降低护士职业倦怠水平。

Objective To investigate the level of occupational burnout,occupational fatigue and emotional intelligence of neurosurgery nurses in five hospitals of Jiangxi Province,analyze their correlation. Methods Using convenience sampling method,189 neurosurgery nurses in Jiangxi Province were selected as the survey subjects. The general information questionnaire,occupational burnout scale,occupational fatigue scale,emotional intelligence scale were employed for the investigation. Results The occupational burnout score of neurosurgery nurses in five hospitals of Jiangxi Province was 48.76 ±11.41,the emotional intelligence score was 81.29±13.11 and the occupational fatigue score was 16.31±3.81. The occupational burnout of neurosurgery nurses was positively correlated with occupational fatigue(r=0.966,P<0.01),and occupational burnout was negatively correlated with emotional intelligence(r =-0.883,P <0.01). The results of multivariate analysis showed that occupational fatigue,emotional intelligence,professional titles,hospital categories,academic paper publication and sleep quality were the main influencing factors of neurosurgery nurses’ occupational burnout(all P<0.05). Conclusion The occupational burnout of neurosurgery nurses in five hospitals of Jiangxi Province is at a moderate level and needs to be improved. Managers can adopt appropriate intervention strategies to reduce the level of nurse’ occupational burnout.
