摘要
目的建立用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定蔬菜中15种元素的测定方法。方法将来自重庆市12个区县的蔬菜样品在微波消解仪中消解完全后,用纯水定容。用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定蔬菜样品中Li、Al、Mn、Cu、Ba、V、Cr、Ni、As、Se、Cd、Sn、Sb、Pb和Hg等15种元素的含量。结果 Li、Al、Mn、Cu、Ba、V、Cr、Ni、As、Se、Cd、Sn、Sb和Pb在0~500μg/L,Hg在0~3μg/L时,线性关系良好(r为0.999 2~1.000 0),检出限为0.002~0.740μg/L,加标回收率均在80%以上。结论电感耦合等离子体质谱法能简便快速测定蔬菜中的多种元素,适合于蔬菜中多种元素同时快速检测。
Objective To establish a method for determination of 15 elements in vegetables by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods The vegetable samples from 12 districts and counties of Chongqing were digested completely in microwave digester,and then the volume was fixed with pure water. The contents of 15 elements(Li,Al,Mn,Cu,Ba,V,Cr,Ni,As,Se,Cd,Sn,Sb,Pb and Hg) in vegetable samples were detected by ICP-MS. Results The linear relationships were good(r was0.999 2-1.000 0) when the concentrations of Li,Al,Mn,Cu,Ba,V,Cr,Ni,As,Se,Cd,Sn,Sb and Pb were 0-500 μg/L and the concentration of Hg was 0-3 μg/L. The detection limits were 0.002-0.740 μg/L,and the recoveries were above 80%. Conclusion ICP-MS is a simple and rapid method for the determination of various elements in vegetables and is suitable for simultaneous rapid determination of various elements in vegetables.
