记忆刷新对医学生手机依赖与抑郁的中介作用

Mediating effect of memory refresh on smart phone dependence and depression in medical students

目的了解医学生手机依赖与抑郁情绪的关系,分析记忆刷新能力在手机依赖与抑郁情绪关系间的中介作用。方法2020年9—12月在哈尔滨市某医科大学招募60名医学生为调查对象,分别使用手机依赖量表、抑郁自评量表和2-back任务进行测量。结果医学生手机依赖得分为39.57±8.94,抑郁得分为46.31±10.02,工作记忆刷新的正确率为(93.72±7.49)%,反应时为(1015.75±213.9)ms。手机依赖程度与抑郁情绪呈正相关(r=0.527,P<0.05),与工作记忆刷新任务的正确率呈负相关(r=-0.329,P<0.05),工作记忆刷新任务的正确率与抑郁情绪呈负相关(r=-0.471,P<0.05)。工作记忆刷新在手机依赖与抑郁情绪关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的20.83%。结论哈尔滨市某医科大学60名医学生的手机依赖程度和抑郁程度较高,记忆刷新能力在手机依赖与抑郁情绪关系间起中介作用。

Objective To explore the relationship between smart phone dependence and depression in medical students,analyze the mediating role of memory refresh capability in the relationship between smart phone dependence and depression. Methods Totally60 medical students were recruited from a medical university in Harbin from September to December,2020. They were measured by smart phone dependence scale,self rating depression scale and 2-back task. Results The score of smart phone dependence among medical students was 39.57 ±8.94,depression score was 46.31 ±10.02,the correct rate of working memory refresh was(93.72±7.49)%,and the reaction time was(1015.75±213.9)ms. Smart phone dependence was positively correlated with depression(r=0.527,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the correct rate of working memory refresh task(r=-0.329,P<0.05),while the correct rate of working memory refresh task was negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.471,P<0.05). Working memory refresh partially mediated the relationship between smart phone dependence and depression,and the mediating effect accounted for20.83% of the total effect. Conclusion 60 medical students from a medical university in Harbin have higher degree of smart phone dependence and depression,and memory refresh capability mediates the relationship between smart phone dependence and depression.
