基于CiteSpace的我国护理领域情绪调节策略研究的文献计量及可视化分析

Bibliometric and visual analysis of research on emotional regulation strategies in nursing field in China based on CiteSpace

目的对我国护理领域情绪调节策略的研究现状、热点及前沿等进行文献计量及可视化分析,为我国护理领域情绪调节策略的进一步研究和发展、制定有效减少护理人员及患者情绪困扰的干预措施提供参考和方向。方法以中国知网、万方及维普数据库为数据源,运用文献计量法和CiteSpace软件,从文献年度发文量、作者、机构、期刊来源及高频关键词5个方面对2010—2020年国内护理领域情绪调节策略研究进行文献计量及可视化分析。结果本研究共纳入153篇文献,其文献年度发文量呈递增趋势,但总量仍偏少;文献机构和地区分布不均;文献期刊来源颇为分散;文献作者和机构间合作度较低;相关研究热点和前沿词汇为"认知情绪调节策略""心理弹性""应对方式""乳腺癌"及"护士和护生"等。结论我国护理领域情绪调节策略研究起步晚、发展慢,研究深度和广度有待加强,今后相关部门应加强跨作者、跨机构、跨区域的多元化科研合作交流,汲取国外研究的经验与教训,构建和完善适合我国国情的护理领域情绪调节理论与体系,完善相关评估工具,丰富研究方法,扩展研究内容,推动我国护理领域认知情绪调节策略研究科学化、高质量、持续性地发展,为患者及护理人员有效减少情绪困扰,提高身心健康、生活质量和护理质量提供借鉴。

Objective To carry out the bibliometric and visual analysis on the current status,hot spots and frontier of researches about emotional regulation strategies in nursing field in China,provide reference and direction for further research and development of emotional regulation strategies in nursing field in China,formulating effective intervention measures to reduce emotional distress of nursing staff and patients. Methods The data sources were CNKI,WanFang and VIP databases. By using bibliometrics and CiteSpace software,bibliometric and visual analysis were performed on researches about emotional regulation strategies in nursing field in China from 2010-2020 from five aspects of the annual literature volume,author,organization,journal source and high frequency keywords. Results A total of 153 articles were included,the annual literature volume showed a rising trend,but the total amount was small. Literature institutions and regions were unevenly distributed,the journal sources of literature were quite scattered,and the cooperation degree between literature authors and institutions was low. The related research hotspots and frontier words were "cognitive emotion regulation strategy", "psychological resilience ", "coping style", "breast cancer ",and "nurses and nursing students". Conclusion The research of emotional regulation strategies in nursing field in China starts late and develops slowly,and the depth and breadth of the research need to be strengthened. In the future,the relevant departments should strengthen the diversified scientific research cooperation and exchange across authors,institutions and regions,draw on the experience and lessons of foreign research,construct and perfect the theory and system of theory and system of emotional regulation in nursing field suitable for national conditions,perfect the relevant evaluation tools,enrich the research methods,expand the research content,and promote the scientific,high-quality and sustainable development of emotion regulation strategies in nursing field in China,to provide reference for patients and nursing staff to effectively reduce emotional distress,improve physical and mental health,quality of life and nursing quality.
