北京市3家三级甲等医院神经康复科医护人员职业倦怠及其影响因素分析 被引量:3

Analysis of job burnout and its influencing factors among medical staff in neurorehabilitation department of three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Beijing

摘要 目的分析北京市3家三级甲等医院神经康复科医护人员职业倦怠及相关影响因素。方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月北京市首都医科大学宣武医院、首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院和首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院3家三级甲等医院神经康复科医护人员360例。采用马斯勒职业倦怠问卷-服务行业版评估神经康复科医护人员职业倦怠状况,完成中国护士工作压力源量表、心理韧性量表评估。结果年龄20~<30岁、单身、初级职称、在编、护龄1~<3年、夜班1~<5次/月、经济收入<3 000元的神经康复科医护人员职业倦怠、工作压力评分、心理韧性评分低于≥年龄30岁、已婚、不在编、护龄3~<6年和≥6年、夜班5~<10次/月和≥10次/月、经济收入3 000~5 000元和>5 000元的医护人员职业倦怠、工作压力评分及心理韧性评分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。工作压力、心理韧性、婚姻状况、劳动关系、护龄、夜班及经济收入均是引起神经康复科医护人员职业倦怠的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论北京市3家三级甲等医院神经康复科医护人员职业倦怠与其工作压力、心理韧性、婚姻状况、劳动关系、护龄、夜班及经济收入有关,提示医院管理者做好上述工作对提高神经康复科服务质量具有指导意义。 Objective To study the job burnout and its influencing factors among medical staff in neurorehabilitation department of three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Beijing. Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,a total of 360 medical workers from the department of neurorehabilitation in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University,Beijing Chaoyang Hospital of Capital Medical University and Beijing Tiantan Hospital of Capital Medical University were selected. Masler burnout questionnaire-service industry version was used to evaluate the job burnout of medical staff in the Department of neurorehabilitation,and the evaluation by job stressors scale and Resilience Scale of Chinese nurses was completed. Results The scores of job burnout,job stress and psychological resilience in neurorehabilitation department medical workers who were aged 20-<30 years old,single,junior professional title,permanent staff,nursing age of 1-<3 years,1-5 times of night shift per month,economic income <3 000 yuan were lower than those in medical workers who were aged ≥30 years old,married,temporary staff,nursing age of 3-<6 and ≥6 years,5-<10 and ≥10 times of night shift per month,economic income of 3 000-5 000 and >5 000 yuan,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Job stress,mental resilience,marital status,labor relations,nursing age,night shift and economic income were the risk factors for job burnout of medical staff in neurorehabilitation department(all P<0.05). Conclusion Job burnout of medical staff in neurorehabilitation department of three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Beijing is related to their job stress,mental resilience,marital status,labor relations,nursing age,night shift and economic income,and it is of guiding significance to improve the service quality of the neurorehabilitation department.
