职业获益感在实习护理研究生积极心理资本与领悟社会支持间的中介作用

Mediating role of perceived career benefit in relationship between positive psychological capital and perceived social support of intern nursing postgraduates

目的了解实习护理研究生积极心理资本、职业获益感及领悟社会支持现状,并探讨三者间的相互关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、积极心理资本量表、职业获益感量表、领悟社会支持量表于2020年3月对河南省5所高校的114名护理专业实习研究生进行调查。结果实习护理研究生积极心理资本得分为113.69±19.33,职业获益感总得分为99.02±16.71,领悟社会支持总得分为61.79±12.58;积极心理资本、职业获益感、领悟社会支持两两之间均呈正相关(均P<0.01);职业获益感在积极心理资本与领悟社会支持中起到部分中介效应,效应值为0.455。结论职业获益感在实习护理研究生积极心理资本与领悟社会支持中起部分中介作用,护理教育者可通过提升研究生积极心理资本增加其职业获益感,从而增强其获取社会支持的能力。

Objective To understand the current situation of positive psychological capital,perceived career benefit and perceived social support of intern nursing postgraduates,explore the relationship among them. Methods Totally 114 intern nursing postgraduates from five colleges and universities in Henan province were investigated by using general data questionnaire,positive psychological capital scale,career benefit scale and perceived social support scale in March 2020. Results The positive psychological capital score of the intern nursing postgraduates was 113.69 ±19.33,the total score of perceived career benefit was99.02 ±16.71,and the total score of perceived social support was 61.79 ±12.58. Positive psychological capital,perceived career benefit and perceived social support were positively correlated with each other(all P<0.01). Perceived career benefit played a partial mediating role between positive psychological capital and perceived social support,with an effect value of 0.455. Conclusion The perceived career benefit plays a partial mediating role between positive psychological capital and perceived social support in intern nursing postgraduates. The nursing educators can enhance the perceived career benefit of intern nursing postgraduates by improving their positive psychological capital,so as to enhance their ability to obtain social support.
