摘要
目的探索基于具身知识的传统手工艺产品设计方法,以此减少设计介入传统手工艺产品创新过程中对其造成的失真性风险。方法以具身知识的获取方式为出发点,对湘西苗族蜡染技艺中以“做”为核心的具身知识进行田野调研和归纳分析,对其中“数理结构—程式图案—融合创新”的“阶梯式”具身知识获取模型进行提取。根据技艺本身的特点引入设计实验,对不同“阶梯”中的知识采用不同的设计方法,以具身知识的传承作为产品设计的基础,以具身知识的创新促进产品的创新,并在此过程中促进蜡染文化的自发性传播。结果设计并制作了两个系列的蜡染手工艺创新产品。结论将具身知识的传承模式引入当下的产品设计中,一是有助于促进传统手工艺的文化传承,二是能够有效地促进传统手工艺产品的创新。
This paper aims to explore the traditional handicraft product design method based on embodied knowledge inheritance to reduce the distortion risk that caused by design intervention in the process of traditional handicraft product innovation.Starting from the method of acquiring embodied knowledge,field investigation and analysis on the acquisition method on embodied knowledge of“doing”as core are conducted in batik skills of the Miao ethnic group in western Hunan.And the“ladder”embodied knowledge acquisition mode of“mathematical structure-stylized pattern-integration and innovation”are extracted.Then the design experiments are introduced according to the characteristics of the skills,and different design methods are organized according to the knowledge in different“steps”.The inheritance of embodied knowledge is taken as the basis of product design,and the innovation of embodied knowledge is used to promote the innovation of products,and in this process,the spontaneous spread of batik culture is promoted.Two series of innovative batik handicraft products are designed and produced.Introducing the inheritance model of embodied knowledge into the current product design is firstly helpful to promote the cultural heritage of traditional handicraft,and secondly,it can effectively promote the innovation of traditional handicraft products.
