依托互联网构建区域分级诊疗体系探讨——以苏州市高新区医联体为例

The Construction of Internet-based Regional Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment——A Case Study of Suzhou High-tech Zone

目的:探讨互联网在医联体分级诊疗服务中的应用。方法:以苏州市高新区医联体为例,打造网络临床业务协同平台,依托"互联网+物联网"技术,健康管理服务三级联动,开发互联网医疗服务APP,构建互联网分级诊疗体系,推进分级诊疗服务。结果:依托互联网的区域分级诊疗服务,不仅方便患者就医,同时推动了区域医疗资源的共享,从而提升了区域医疗服务水平,解决患者"看病难"问题,增强了患、医、管三方获得感。结论:互联网在分级诊疗中的应用将成为未来医联体建设与发展的重要方向,依托互联网构建区域分级诊疗体系可推动医疗新格局和就医新秩序的建立与完善。

OBJECTIVE To explore the application of Internet in the hierarchical medical service of medical confederacy.METHODS Taking the medical association in Suzhou High-tech Zone as an example,the network clinical business collaboration platform was built.Based on the“Internet + Internet of Things”technology,the three-level linkage of health management service was developed,the Internet medical service APP was developed,and the Internet hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system was constructed.RESULTS The regional hierarchical diagnosis and treatment based on the Internet not only facilitates patients to seek medical treatment,but also promotes the sharing of regional medical resources,so as to improve the level of regional medical service,solve the problem of“difficulty in seeing a doctor”for patients,and enhance the sense of gain among patients,doctors and management.CONCLUSION The application of the Internet in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment would become an important direction for the construction and development of medical confederacy in the future.The construction of regional hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system based on the Internet could promote the establishment and improvement of new medical pattern and new medical order.
