上海市闵行区社区老人神经认知功能相关知识、态度和行为分析

Knowledge,Attitude,and Practice Study on Neurocognitive Function among the Elderly from Communities in Minhang District,Shanghai

目的:了解上海市闵行区社区老人神经认知功能相关知识、态度和行为的现状。方法:采用多阶段整群抽样方法于2019年7—8月在闵行区莘庄镇55个居委随机抽取5个居委,共选取2 528位社区老人,使用老年人认知障碍基线调查表进行一般人口学资料、认知功能知信行情况的调查,采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行卡方检验和多元回归分析。结果:有效问卷2 103例,对神经认知功能相关知识问题回答的平均正确率为86.79%,平均分为(5.66±1.31)分,态度维度平均分为(11.44±3.39)分。研究发现,男性、年龄高、文化程度低、非在婚情况的老人认知功能知识掌握情况较差,男性、独居、月收入低的老人认知功能相关态度消极,超90%的老人没有各强度的活动。结论:上海市闵行区社区老年人群对神经认知功能相关知识的认知水平较高,但存在部分就医态度不积极、缺乏活动和兴趣的情况,对男性、年龄高、文化程度低和非在婚的老人需进一步加强认知功能相关知识的普及,对男性、独居、月收入低的老人需进一步通过动员其参与社区活动等让其乐观积极起来,并且加强对运动、兴趣在日常生活中重要性的认识。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the knowledge-attitude-practice among the elderly in MingHang District,Shanghai.METHODS The baseline questionnaire for cognitive impairment of the elderly was used to investigate the general demographic information and knowledge-attitude-practice among 2 528 community elderly people in Xinzhuang Town.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for analysis.RESULTS Among the 2 103 valid questionnaires,the average correct rate of knowledge related to neurocognitive function was 86.79%,with an average score of 5.66±1.31 and an average score of 11.44±3.39 in the attitude dimension.The study found that male,aged,low education and non-marital had a poor knowledge level in cognitive function.Male,aged,living alone and low monthly income had a negative attitude towards cognitive function,and more than 90% of the elderly had no various activities.CONCLUSION The elderly population in Minhang district had a high correct rate in knowledge related to neurocognitive function,but some of them were not active in seeking medical treatment,it should pay attention to the population for cognitive function knowledge and encourage them to participate in community activities to make them more optimistic about life.At the same time,it helped them develop some interest and exercise habits.
