在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,社区精神卫生管理面临更为严峻的挑战。北京市大兴区心康医院作为辖区内唯一一家精神疾病专科机构,在政府统领下,结合实际,创造性运行"社区三级心理响应机制",启动了市区联动心理问题"线上+线下"普访巡访工作,对封闭社区患者医防融合"双随访",建立"五位一体心理危机干预"模式,出色地完成了局部疫情聚集性暴发下的精神卫生工作,既在早期识别干预了疫情下的社会心理问题,又为今后社区有效应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的精神卫生工作提供了参考。

Under the COVID-19 epidemic situation,the community mental health management faced more severe challenges.As the only mental disease specialized institution under the jurisdiction of Beijing Daxing District Xinkang Hospital,under the leadership of the government and combining with the reality,creative operation of the“community three-level psychological response mechanism”,the start of the urban linkage psychological problems“online + offline”general visit work,medical integration of patients in closed communities“double follow-up”;The“five-in-one psychological crisis intervention”model was established,which successfully completed the mental health work under the concentrated outbreak of local epidemic situation.It was early identification and intervention of social and psychological problems in epidemic situation.It also provided a reference for the community to effectively deal with the mental health work under the COVID-19 epidemic situation.
