摘要
断食在减重、防控多种代谢性疾病、抗肿瘤等方面的积极影响已得到大量动物实验及人群干预研究的证实。间歇性断食作为主流的断食方法之一,因其易于个人操作,近年来在民间得到越来越广泛的推广及应用。为了进一步探究间歇性断食在健康促进领域的科学性及有效性,以便为后续的研究指明方向,文章就间歇性断食的种类和实施方式,以及在减重、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、糖尿病、抗炎、调节肠道菌群等方面的健康促进作用研究进展进行综述,供同行借鉴和参考。
The positive effects of fasting on weight loss,prevention and control of various metabolic diseases,and anti-tumor have been confirmed by many animal experiments and population intervention studies.Intermittent fasting,as one of the mainstream fasting methods,has been widely promoted and applied in the private sector in recent years because of its ease of personal operation.In order to further explore the scientificity and effectiveness of intermittent fasting in the field of health promotion,and to point out the direction for follow-up research,it discusses the research progress of types and implementation of intermittent fasting,as well as the use of intermittent fasting in weight loss,anti-aging,anti-tumor,diabetes,anti-inflammatory and regulation of intestinal flora for reference by the peers.
