通过降膜式再沸器在独山子乙二醇装置提质增效中的应用进行了分析总结,并对应用过程出现的问题原因分析。结合生产实际运行数据分析,提出防范措施及对策。优化影响生产波动的各工艺参数,延长降膜再沸器运行周期,为装置提质增效,保证平稳生产提供参考。

This paper analyzes and summarizes the application of falling film reboiler in improving quality and efficiency of Dushanzi ethylene glycol unit,and analyzes the causes of the problems in the application process.Combined with the analysis of actual production operation data,put forward preventive measures and countermeasures.Optimize the process parameters that affect the fluctuation of production,prolong the running cycle of falling film reboiler,and provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of the device and ensuring the smooth production.
