结合中粮佳悦(天津)有限公司扩建4000T/D大豆(兼顾2500T/D菜籽榨油)二厂项目的实际情况,分别分析了塔架钢结构吊装技术和焊接施工技术的应用要点。转运塔结构复杂,塔架钢结构规模大,需要结合工程特点,选择合适的钢结构吊装和焊接方法技术,才能降低施工难度,保证施工质量,促使转运塔施工任务能够高效、安全的完成。

Combined with the actual situation of COFCO Jiayue(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.expanding 4000t/D soybean(considering 2500t/D rapeseed oil pressing)plant 2,the application points of tower steel structure hoisting technology and welding construction technology are analyzed respectively.The structure of the transfer tower is complex and the steel structure of the tower is large.It is necessary to select appropriate steel structure hoisting and welding methods and technologies in combination with the engineering characteristics,so as to reduce the construction difficulty,ensure the construction quality and promote the efficient and safe completion of the construction task of the transfer tower.
