摘要
2015年12月,中共中央、国务院出台《中共中央国务院关于打赢脱贫攻坚战的决定》,教育扶贫被赋予了“阻断贫困代际传递”的使命,其实现路径被描述为“让贫困家庭子女都能接受公平有质量的教育”。为了阻断贫困的代际传递,思利及人育人模式将教育扶贫机制下的“资助-自助-助人”作为有效脱贫途径和阻断贫困代际传递的重要手段,旨在职业教育环境下校企文化双重育人机制下,引导学生接受校园文化与企业文化的双重熏陶,唤醒贫困学生群体的脱贫志气与脱贫行动,建立“解困-育人-成才-回馈”的内循环机制,形成“扶困”与“扶志”育人工作合力,让学生获得自我发展、自主脱贫的能力,促使学生实现专业成才、精神成人、事业成功的整体目标。
In December 2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Decision of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Winning the Tough Battle against Poverty,in which poverty alleviation through education is entrusted with the mission of“blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty”,whose realization path is described as“enabling all children from poor families to receive fair and quality education”.In order to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty,this education mode aims to double education mechanism between higher vocational education environment,guides the student to accept double influence of campus culture and enterprise culture,wakes up the poor students’ambition of poverty and poverty action group,sets up“solution-education-up-feedback”inner loop mechanism,and encourages students to achieve professional success,spirit of adult as well as the overall goal of success.
