科技自立自强思想的百年演进与时代价值

The Centennial Evolution and Contemporary Value of the Thought of Self-reliance and Self-strengthening in Science and Technology

习近平总书记在中国共产党成立100周年大会讲话中指出要以史为鉴,开创未来。把科技自立自强作为实现“两个百年”目标的制胜之道,是规律也是经验。回顾党的百年历程,依据科技创新思想在经济社会发展中的作用与地位,将科技自立自强思想的演进历程分为解放思想形塑雏形、初步解放生产力、全面解放生产力、深度转化生产动能四个阶段。这一演变过程始终围绕解决供需矛盾、面向现实困境来制定科技战略目标,并呈现出目标的渐进发展与逐步深化的特征。着眼当前及未来,科技自立自强对于满足人民对美好生活的需求、抢占产业变革的先机、建设科技强国和构建人类命运共同体具有重要的驱动作用。

In the speech at the ceremony marking the centenary of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that history should be used as a mirror to create the future.Regarding sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening as the successful way to achieve the two centenary goals is both a rule and an experience.This paper reviews the centennial history of the Party,according to the function and status of sci-tech innovation in economic and social development,the evolution of sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening is divided into four stages:emancipating the mind and shaping the embryonic form,initially liberating the productive forces,fully liberating the productive forces,and deeply transforming production kinetic energy.This evolution process has always been around solving the contradiction between the supply and the demand and facing the reality dilemma to formulate strategic goals for science and technology,and has shown the characteristics of gradual development and gradual deepening of the goals.Focusing on the present and the future,sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening play an important driving role in meeting people's needs for a better life,seizing opportunities for industrial transformation,building a powerful country in science and technology,and building a human community with a shared future.
