穿插式施工技术在保障性住房中的应用难点及对策研究

常规保障性租赁房外立面构造较为简单,精装修一步到位,交付后简单布置即可入住。由于保障性住房的定位,保障性住房一般套内开间尺寸较小,一个项目中往往套数较多,精装修体量大。近年来,随着施工技术不断地创新发展,穿插式施工技术在项目运用中不断成熟。在全装修的保障性租赁房中采用穿插式施工技术对于快速推进项目建设具有一定意义。本文介绍了穿插式施工技术的一些主要应用难点和相应的对策研究,为保障性住房中的穿插式施工技术推广提供思路。

The facade structure of the affordable rental housing is relatively simple by conventional way,the fine decoration is in place in one step,and the simple layout will be checked in immediately after delivery.Due to its positioning,the affordable housing generally has a small size of inner compartment,while a project often has a large number of units and a large volume of fine decoration.In recent years,with the continuous innovation and development of construction technology,the interpenetration construction technology in the application of the project continues to mature.The adoption of interpenetration construction technology in the fully decorated affordable rental housing is of certain significance for the rapid development of project construction and early delivery.This paper introduces some main application difficulties and corresponding countermeasures of the interpenetration construction technology,and provides some thoughts for the promotion of the interpenetration construction technology in affordable housing.
