不动产登记中的房地登记数据整合建库研究 被引量:1

摘要 一直以来我国的不动产数据分散在不同的部门进行管理登记,这种分散管理的弊端逐渐显现,如数据多头登记、数据登记结果矛盾、共享困难、业务办理效率等。为了改变这种状态,我国自2015年开始实施不动产统一登记。不动产数据整合是对分散的不动产登记信息进行梳理、规范,建立统一的不动产登记信息数据库,为实现不动产信息的统一管理登记、信息共享奠定基础。本文结合平潭实际情况,深入研究房产与土地登记数据整合的工作内容和技术方法及作业中存在的问题,建立适应本地需求的房产与土地数据整合技术路线,保证了数据整合迁移工作的顺利进行,为后续其他不动产数据整合工作提供参考。 For a long time,China's real estate data has been managed and registered in different departments,and the disadvantages of this decentralized management have gradually appeared,such as multiple data registration,contradiction of data registration results,sharing difficulties,business handling efficiency and so on.In order to change this situation,the unified real estate registration was implemented in 2015.Real estate data integration is to sort out and standardize the scattered real estate registration information,establish a unified real estate registration information database,and lay the foundation for the unified management,registration and information sharing of real estate information.Combined with the actual situation of Pingtan,this paper deeply studies the work contents,technical methods and problems existing in the operation of real estate and land registration data integration,establishes a technical route for real estate and land data integration to meet local needs,ensures the smooth progress of data integration and migration,and provides reference for other real estate data integration in the future.
