超薄玻璃温度控制试验研究与实践

摘要 为了减小熔窑玻璃液温度变化对玻璃质量的影响,根据多年对超薄玻璃生产线熔窑温度控制方法的试验、实践,对超薄玻璃熔窑温度控制进行探究,归纳稳定控制熔窑温度的四种方法,讨论通过四种方法稳定熔窑内玻璃液温度、降低和稳定玻璃气泡的工艺技术措施,分析四种方法的优点与不足,推荐优先采用第四种方法,该方法经实践验证较适合超薄玻璃窑温控制,也适合其他浮法玻璃窑温控制。 In order to reduce the influence of the temperature change of molten glass in the furnace on the glass production and quality,based on the test and research on the furnace temperature control method of ultra-thin glass production line for years,this paper makes an exploration on the temperature control of ultra-thin glass furnace,and summarizes four methods to stably control the furnace temperature.This paper discusses the technological measures to stabilize the temperature of molten glass in the furnace and reduce and stabilize glass bubbles by four methods.The advantages and disadvantages of four furnace temperature control methods are analyzed.The fourth method is preferred to stabilize the temperature of molten glass in the furnace,and it is proved to be more suitable for ultra-thin glass furnace temperature control and other float glass furnaces.
