摘要
准确获取民用建筑建材消耗量对于研究民用建筑“四节一环保”至关重要。本文就民用建筑建材消耗量从不同渠道获取的可行性进行探讨,分析发现现有供给侧所提供的建材产量、需求侧所提供的建材消耗量均不能准确给出民用建筑建材消耗量。因此,从民用建筑设计入手,通过推算获取单位民用建筑面积建材消耗量,并利用2009-2016年的建筑业企业房屋竣工面积和主要建筑材料产量的关系进行验算,推算结果与验证结果基本一致,可代表我国民用建筑的总体消耗量水平。依据相关数据分析,为未来更好地获取建材消耗量提出了建议。
Accurately obtaining the consumption of civil building materials is crucial to the study of the“four saving and one environmental protection”of civil buildings.This study discusses the feasibility of obtaining the consumption of civil construction materials from different channels,and finds that neither the existing supply-side building materials output nor the demand-side building materials consumption can accurately give the consumption of civil construction materials.Therefore,this article starts with the design of civil buildings,obtains the consumption of building materials per unit of civil building area through calculation,and tests it by using the relationship between the completed housing area counted by construction enterprises and the output of main building materials from 2009 to 2016.The calculation results are basically consistent with the verification results,which can represent the overall level of civil building in China.Finally,based on the analysis of relevant data,suggestions are put forward for better obtaining the consumption of building materials in the future.
