摘要
为优化某电动汽车的路噪,采用仿真结合测试的方法,对某电动汽车的轮辋进行模态仿真,优化其侧向动刚度,然后进行道路测试,结果显示:优化后的轮辋路噪得到明显改善,验证了不同侧向动刚度的轮辋对车辆NVH性能的影响。通过仿真对比优化前后轮辋的模态,进一步验证了轮辋侧向动刚度的提高对路噪有明显的改善作用,为优化电动汽车的NVH提供了理论依据。
In order to optimize the road noise of an electric vehicle,the method of simulation combined with testing was used to perform modal simulation on the rim of an electric vehicle to optimize its lateral dynamic stiffness.Finally,the road test was performed to verify that the optimized rim was in the road noise.Obvious improvements have been made,verifying the influence of rims with different lateral dynamic stiffness on the vehicle′s NVH performance.By optimizing the modal simulation comparison of the front and rear rims,it is further verified that the increase in the lateral dynamic stiffness of the rims can significantly improve the road noise,which provides a theoretical basis to optimizing the NVH of electric vehicles.
