摘要
针对视频传输实时性差、稳定性不高的问题,设计并实现基于OV7725的以太网视频传输系统。实验采用Altera公司的Cyclone Ⅳ E系列EP4CE10F17C8为主芯片,OV7725摄像头采集视频图像信息,SDRAM存储图像数据信息,以太网传输图像数据,VGA实时显示视频图像。通过Quartus Ⅱ和ModelSim对各模块进行编程和仿真,完成整个系统的图像采集、数据存储、传输及显示功能。研究结果表明,传输的视频清晰流畅,使用Wireshark抓包工具检验了数据传输的正确性,Wireshark抓包丢包率为0。实验中使用UDP协议传输视频能提供较高的吞吐量和较低的延时,适合视频传输场合。
Aiming at the problems of poor real-time performance and low stability of video transmission,an Ethernet video transmission system is designed and implemented based on OV7725.The main chip used in the experiment is the EP4CE10F17C8 of Altera’s Cyclone Ⅳ E series.The OV7725 camera is used for video image information collection,and SDRAM image data information storage,Ethernet image data transmission,and VGA real-time display of video images.Through Quartus Ⅱ and ModelSim,each module is programmed and simulated to complete the image acquisition,data storage,transmission and display functions of the entire system.Finally,the transmitted video is clear and smooth,and the Wireshark packet capture tool is used to verify the correctness of the data transmission.The packet loss rate of Wireshark′s packet capture is 0.In the experiment,the application of UDP protocol to transmit video can provide higher throughput and lower delay,which is suitable for video transmission occasions.
