回收质量不确定下考虑销售努力的闭环供应链定价决策

Pricing decision of closed-loop supply chain with sales effort under uncertain recovery quality

为解决废旧产品的处理问题,更多的企业开始关注并参与到了闭环供应链中。文章基于回收的废旧产品质量的不确定性,考虑消费者对新产品和再制造产品有偏好的情况,且零售商对再制造产品向消费者实行销售努力,建立单个零售商与单个制造商组成的二级闭环供应链模型,运用博弈论的方法求解得到制造商主导下供应链成员的定价决策。通过数值算例对模型进行分析后发现:零售商提升对再制造产品的销售努力程度可提高制造商的利润,而对于不同的可再制造废品产品质量水平和消费者偏好,零售商可以合理控制销售努力的程度,使得零售商的利润最大化。

In order to solve the disposal problem of waste products,more enterprises pay attention to and participate in the closed-loop supply chain.Based on the uncertainty of the quality of recycled waste products,a two-level closed-loop supply chain model composed of a single retailer and a single manufacturer is constructed after considering the consumers′preference for new products and remanufactured products,and retailers′efforts to sell remanufactured products to consumers.The pricing decisions of supply chain members led by manufacturers are obtained by using game theory method.After analyzing the model by numerical examples,the research finds that improving the sales effort of remanufactured products can improve the profit of manufacturers.For different remanufactured waste products quality level and consumer preference,retailers can reasonably control the sales effort to maximize their profit.
